Dr. Jon Nordquist is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Puyallup, South Hill and Graham communities.
Dr. Jon Nordquist DC, DAAMLP
Dr. Nordquist was born in Saskatoon and received a bachelor's in Science from the University of Saskatchewan. While playing college football for the Huskies he is proud to have played in the National Championship game.
Dr. Nordquist attended The Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas where he was awarded the 'White Coat' award as the schools first senior coach.

Dr. Balraj Khakh
Dr. Khakh completed his Doctorate in the Bay Area at Life Chiropractic College West. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and has been practicing Chiropractic in Washington since 2019. Dr. Khakh is a Board-Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and has experience working with athletes and sports injuries. Furthermore, he has a background in Kinesiology and Human Biomechanics which he applies to understanding movement patterns, sequencing, injury biomechanics and advanced rehabilitation. He is excited to bring his expertise and knowledge to Puyallup and the surrounding areas. Dr. Khakh prioritizes patient care and education to ensure that you will be well on your way to a healthy life!
Growing up in the small town of Williams Lake, British Columbia, he learned to appreciate the idea of building a tight knit community and enjoying the simple things in life. He brings those same values as a practitioner and believes that a sense of community not only brings people together but also uplifts them in their healing journey through life. Dr. Khakh enjoys sports, spending time with his dog, self-development books, and inspiring individuals to become the best versions of themselves. He will always be happy to find ways to share what he’s learned over the years to encourage you to reach your health goals whether it be physically, mentally, or emotionally.
Dr. Mason Stahley
Dr. Mason Stahley attended San Diego State University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy. While living in San Diego he worked as a Stretch Technician at Stretch U where he applied his knowledge of Kinesiology and performed myofascial release and the stretching technique known as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) on clients of the San Diego area. Dr. Mason then went on to attend Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, California where he graduated summa cum laude. At Life West, Dr. Mason was able to serve the bay area community for a year and a half while working as a senior intern in the Life West Health Center. He also worked for the Continuing Education program and was able to sit in and learn the latest research and improve his adjusting technique with some of the brightest minds in chiropractic. His adjusting techniques include diversified, drop table, activator, extremities while also incorporating soft tissue mobilization.
When not in the office, you can find Dr. Mason playing basketball at the local gym, snowboarding black diamonds or finding beautiful hiking spots around the great PNW
ShayneNurse Practitioner, ARNP
Shayne comes from Northeastern Oregon, where she most recently practiced as a Neurology Nurse Practitioner. Her healthcare career started in the 1970s, positioned as a RN for nearly 30 years. She has experience in helping patients who suffer from knee, shoulder, and many other various areas of the body achieve the benefits of regenerative medicine with treatments such as PRP (Protein Rich Plasma).
Shayne has been married for nearly 40 years to her junior high school sweetheart, and they have two grown daughters, a grandson, and a granddaughter. They make their home in Bremerton with two dogs, and they spend some of their spare time travelling in their RV, exploring the backroads of the Pacific Northwest.
