Meet The Staff

Amanda F.
Office Manager

Amanda is the first point of contact for patients over the phone and when they arrive at the clinic. She manages the schedule for the providers and ensures a clinic flow that allows patients to be seen in a timely manner. Her goal is that each patient has a positive experience from the moment they call or walk in the door.

Amanda has been in the role of Medical Reception and support for over 20 years. She began as a Chiropractic Assistant providing therapies to our patients and shortly after transitioned to the front desk.

MSN, ARNP, FNP-C
Specializing in Regenerative Medicine

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University. I am board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

With 17 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have spent the majority of my career working in the emergency department, where I developed strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

My approach to care is holistic, focusing on collaboration with each patient to determine the most appropriate and personalized treatment options.

Family is the most important part of my life, and I strive to treat every patient with the same compassion, respect, and quality of care that I would want for my own loved ones.

Sam Burkhart

Sam Burkhart began a new chapter in her professional journey in 2024 by attending billing school, transitioning after 18 years of experience as an apartment supervisor. This extensive background in management has provided Sam with strong organizational and customer service skills that continue to support her work today.

What Sam enjoys most about her current role is the opportunity to connect with patients, learn about their individual stories, and witness their progress over time. Working both at the front desk and behind the scenes in billing allows Sam to experience the best of both worlds—combining direct patient interaction with the analytical side of healthcare administration.

Sam is passionate about contributing to a positive patient experience while continuing to grow and learn in the medical billing field.
